Teacher Appreciation Week {Day 1}

Hi Everybody!
This week I'll be sharing ideas on how to thank our wonderful, amazing teachers!  I hope you'll find an idea that is quick, budget friendly, but meaningful!  The way our schools do it is to bring a small item each day.  I love doing things this way, because it makes it very reasonable (both time and budget wise!) to do.  I have 4 kids, and that's a lot of teachers!  With some of them job sharing, and being in middle school with multiple teachers it adds up quick!!  

Let's take a look at today's project.  Here are the details:

*All Occasion Box Cards Cricut cartridge

*Close To My Heart - Basics Fundamentals Paper Pack, Enchantment Fundamentals Paper Pack, Teacher Appreciation stamp set,  Marvy Uchida LePen™ Journaling Pen

*Xyron Creative Station Lite, 5in

*One of the teachers has a black, white, red, and owl theme for her room.  So when I saw this owl card on the All Occasion Box Cards cartridge, I knew it would be perfect!

*The Teacher Appreciation stamp set from Close To My Heart had the perfect sentiment in a gorgeous font!

*I added some detailing on the owl, leaves, and white panels with the Marvy Uchida LePen™ Journaling Pen.  I love the tip on this pen!

*I stamped the Thank You sentiment in 3 different colors for a fun look.

*Isn't this apple heart stamp adorable??!!  To get the 2 colors, I first stamped it in green ink.  Then I stamped it in red on a scrap piece, and cut out the heart apple.  Layered it on top, and done!
