Welcome to Blogaversary Bash Post #3!  The projects I want to share for this post are from the GORGEOUS Penelope paper line.  This is absolutely one of my favorite lines ever!  I love working with bright colors, and fun patterns, and Penelope is full of them!  Let's take a look at some of the projects you can create with this line:
