Today I used the SUPER CUTE Monkey Business set from A-manda Creation to make my pocket card. Here are the details:

*Palm tree patterned paper, brads, and monkey = A-manda Creation Monkey Business set

*Stampin' Up! paper

*Pink By Design = twine, Jungle Fever stamp set

*He really swings from the "vine"!

*There were a couple of stamps from this set that would have worked, but I chose this one 'cause who wouldn't cheer up looking at this super cute little monkey??

*To glue his tail to the "vine" I used Scotch Quicky Dry glue. 

*What's a project without Stickles?  I added the glittery jungle grass with some dark green Stickles :)

My kids will be going back to school in a couple of weeks :(  While it's been more than crazy having all four home all day at the same time, I know that they grow up so fast that I try to enjoy it :)  So of course they get a special surprise in their lunch for the first week of school.  I decided to decorate their lunch bags!  I used the A-DORA-BLE Monkey Business set from A-manda Creation.  Here are the details:

*Banana patterned paper, buttons, and monkey = A-manda Creation Monkey Business set

*EK Success border punch

*Pink By Design = twine, Our Kids stamp set

*I just punched hole through the buttons, added some twine to close the bag, and VOILA!

*Isn't he TOOOOO cute?  I decided to add some red Stickles in the hearts.

*Also added some pop dots behind him.

*I thought this sentiment went so perfectly with the banana paper from this kit!

I thought it turned out so cute!  And because these are digital elements, I can easily just go print out another set of elements and make 2 more bags for my other daughters!

The Queen's Royal Court Blog Hop - Featuring A-manda Creation & Mickey and Friends Monday

Hi Everybody!
I have a double dose of projects for you all today!  First, welcome to The Queen's Royal Court Blog Hop!  The Queen's talented designer's have one awesome week for you showcasing A-manda Creation and her digital designs.   You should have just come from my good friend Gaby from Gaby Creates.  If not, please head over to the hop hostess Theresa at The Scrapbooking Queen's blog.

And if that's not exciting enough for you, today is also Mickey and Friends Monday here on my blog!  Each of the Queen's designers were given a kit to highlight for this hop.  I got the Monkey Business kit.  Now there is so much included in these kits that it wasn't hard at all finding a way to use this for Mickey and Friends Monday.  I just chose one of the many super cute patterned papers that are included to use for my project today.   Here are the details:

*Toy Story cartridge

*Polka Dot patterned paper = A-manda Creation Monkey Business set

*Pink By Design sentiment = Animated Greetings 3

*brown, blue paper from my stash

My Mickey and Friends Monday Guest Designer this week is the amazing Gaby from Gaby Creates!  Here's the project she made to share:

I used Best of Pixar and my Expression to cut Sulley at 4" and Randall at 4.5" -- the title was cut at 1"

Big Tip: if you are brave enough to cut these Disney characters, you need a QuickStik The Quicker Poker Picker Upper to pick up those small, tiny, minute pieces!... every dot on Sulley and those tiny claw tips you see. And on Randall the tip of his antlers are super tiny! Trust me, you need the QuickStik, it makes it a lot easier!   If you cannot afford the $6 for the QuickStik plus shipping, check out this tutorial by Linda from the Paper Boutique.
