Jaded Blossom Release Week - Day 1

Hi Everybody!

Ok, it's that time again.  Jaded Blossom is releasing some more awsomeness!!!  I know I say this every month, but you all are REALLY going to love these!!  Here's the first set being released this week:

Isn't that deeeelicious?!?!  So since this was a cookie set, what character to go better with it than.......

 

COOKIE MONSTER!!

Lol, I had to use him for this cookie treat that I made.  I'll be sending one with each of my kids for the first day of school :O)  Here are the details:

*Jaded Blossom - 3x4 inch Clear Bags, Milk and Cookies stamp set (cookies on background, sentiment)

*Sesame Street Font Cricut cartridge

 

Some of my JB Design Team sisters will be showcasing the other set and 2" x 3" set being released this week, Curly Die and A MATCHING DIE ! Here's a peek at that:

Mickey And Friends Monday!!

 

Hi Everybody!

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend, and I'm happy to help your week get off to a good start with some Mickey Magic! Welcome to Mickey and Friends Monday :O) If you're new to my blog (welcome!), this is the day where I highlight a character cartridge. This is to help any of you who may be a little bit intimidated by these types of cartridges, and to give you some inspiration on how to use them :O)


I used the Sesame Street Font cartridge to create this cute little Cookie Monster card:

Mickey & Friends Monday, Disney Week, and Jaded Blossom Sneak!

Hi Everybody!
Whew, my project is so tired today from doing triple duty!  Lol!  Let me explain......

First, welcome to another Mickey and Friends Monday (a day late)!

Second, welcome to Disney week!

This is not a hop... it is just a group of us crafters that have all promised to ONLY post Disney related projects on our site this week (including Hello Kitty, Pixar, Pooh, Sesame Street, etc.) Some people might post a new project every day; others may only get a few projects out all week, but we will all be showcasing DISNEY (or some other animated character).

 

 

There is a link list at the bottom of this post of all the Disney crafters playing along. Feel free to visit us this week and be inspired. :)

Here is my Disney project:

*Sesame Street Font Cricut cartridge

*Timeless Twine - Small Brown Kraft Bags, Aqua Blue twine, Kraft Brown Bakers Twine

*These small little treat bags are perfect for all kinds of goodies, including cookies!

*So when I saw this sentiment from Jaded Blossom (a sneak peek of the new release this Friday!!), I thought who better for this treat?!?!

*Cookie Monster is cut @ 3.35".  I don't recommend doing any character cuts smaller than 5", but he was not too hard to put together even at this size.
