Welcome to the "Fall is Here" Blog Hop and Challenge with the Creative Cutter Room! How about a fun hop and challenge?

Theme: Fall/Halloween themed project and must include 3 elements!

Visit each of the following 3 Design team members, find the required element from each DT and submit your new project at the Creative Cutter Room for a chance to win a prize!

And what is the prize?

You will need to collect 3 elements total and include each element on your project and then submit your new project at the Creative Cutter Room!

My Required Element: Use a sticker.  Here is the project I made using all 3 elements!!

*Pink By Design = Guess Who set (September Stamp of the Month set)

*Martha Stewart = black spiderweb paper

*Stampin' Up! = orange patterned paper

*Creative Memories = Autumn/Fall sticker pack (stars)

*ribbon from my stash

*purple and yellow Stickles

*Sooo in love with this set!  The figures are A-DORA-BLE!!

Creative Cutter Room God Bless America Flag Challenge

Are you ready for another super fun challenge at the Creative Cutter Room?  Today's challenge theme is: God Bless America

The Challenge: Create a new project that includes a flag

This super cute Stamp Set!!

You have until June 29, 2011 to enter your Flag Project.  Here's my flag creation I made to hang in my window:

*I didn't use my Cricut at all!! (Shhhh, don't let it hear me say that!)

*I used some scraps of clear craft plastic I had, red craft plastic scraps, and blue shiny paper for the blue square for the flag base.

*The stars are a Creative Memories punch.

*I've always been nervous to use eyelets, since it seems like I NEVER set them right!  But this time they actually worked out :)

*I used Pink By Design Our Kids set for the sentiment.

 

*I also embossed the red plastic with the Diamond in the Rough Cuttlebug folder.

*Since I made this to hand in a window I wanted it to look good from both sides.  So I made sure the back of the hanging tag was decorated to!

*The eyelets aren't stars on the back, but they're still shiny and pretty :)

I was happy with how this turned out, and think it will look great hanging in front of my window with the sun shining through it!

Creative Cutter Room Memorial Day Theme challenge!

Creative Cutter Room Talk Time Tuesday: G45 Playtimes Past Projects

Hi Everybody!

I'm so excited for todays Creative Cutter Room design team project!  We were so honored to be sponsored by Graphic45 and have an opportunity to create with their amazing paper.  Their style is vintage, and not having any vintage paper made me especially excited for this opportunity!  We used the Playtimes Past Collection.  When I was looking through this gorgeous paper pack, and I saw this checkered pattern I immediately thought of racing!  I wanted an older style race car, and found what I was looking for on the Boys Will Be Boys cartridge.  Here's what I came up with:
