Mother's Day Gift Idea Blog Hop and Challenge with the Creative Cutter Room!

Hi Everybody!
Welcome to the Mother's Day Gift Idea Blog Hop and Challenge with the Creative Cutter Room!  How about a fun hop and challenge?  The theme is Mother's Day Gift Ideas!

Visit each of the following 4 Design team members, find the required element from each DT and submit your project at Creative Cutter Room for a chance to win a prize!

And what is the prize? How about Mother's Day Bouquet Cricut Cartridge!

Challenge Starts today April 21 and runs until May 4!

You will need to collect 4 elements total and include each element on your project and then submit your project at the Creative Cutter Room!

My Required Element: Use stitching (faux or real).

Here's my project I came up with using all 4 required elements.  I decided to give my mom some flowers.  Even better, 'cause these never need to be watered, and will never die!!
*Forever Young = all flowers and layers
*Formal Occassion = title frame and layers
*Pink By Design = All in the Family set
*Martha Stewart ribbon = on vase
*Stampin' Up! ribbon = on flower "stems"
*vase and pebbles I already had
*pink pearls from my stash

*My mom is a grandma and a mom, so I used some of the stamps from the Pink by Design set "All in the Family" to stamp the ribbon.  It came out perfect!!!

Now go visit my design team sisters to get the rest of the requirements:

  3. This is a really crafty and unique Mother's Day gift. The best part of this bouquet is that it lasts, as opposed to real flowers. Thanks for sharing, Jenny!

  11. These are beautiful and the best part is that the kids won't get sick if they eat these or spill the water when they tip it over, not to mention not having to water them! Such a perfect Mother's Day gift!

  16. I love this idea. However, my mom would love live plants to go in her beds ... or dirt. Yes, with the many flowerbeds we pay for dirt!!!
    Love your project; very creative.
    Blessings,
