Welcome to the Celebrations of the Heart Blog Hop!!



Hi Everybody!
Welcome to the Celebrations of the Heart Blog Hop!! You should have just come from my favorite pink friend Sarah over at Pink Cricut.  If you didn't, please head over to see our hop hostess at http://neverstopscrapping.blogspot.com/.  I was so happy to be invited to be in this hop, I think this is an amazing theme :o)  The theme is some kinda of loved celebration, something you would want to give to someone that you hold dear. Anniversary of a marriage, a friendship and even a birthday.  I decided to make a birthday project for my middle daughter.  She has the kindest heart of anybody I've ever met.  Sometimes she gets lost because she's the middle daughter, so I like to spoil her whenever I can :oD  And since I fell  further and further behind in scrapbooking with each kid I had, she has very few pictures actually scraped into albums!  So I decided to make her her own album.  After her birthday party I'll just have to put in some pictures!  Here's what I came up with:

  • Life's a Party cartridge
  • Sweet Treats cartridge
  • Peachy Keen Stamps = Princess Face, Happy Lashes, Everyday Character Faces
  • Pink By Design = April Stamp of the Month, "Cupcakes" background stamp
  • Action Wobble








 

And now for the BLOG CANDY!!  I decided to give something else I really love, one of my favorite tools...a 2 pack of white gel pens! 

These work great for detailing, stitching, filling in the eyes for our beloved Peachy Keen Stamps, and more! To enter:

    Beautiful album. I especially like that you made it for your MIDDLE daughter, as I too am a middle daughter and often ONLY got hand-me-downs. My older sister has lovely photo albums lovingly assembled by Mom, of her firstborn, but then Mom got too busy when I came 18 months later. I have ONE picture of myself as a baby. So keep it up! And happy birthday to your little princess.
