Operation We R Grateful Challenge #2 for Inking It Up Crazy

Hi Everybody!
Challenge #2 was to make a birthday card.  Here's the one I came up with:

*Smiley cartridge
*Post-it Craft paper and all paper from my stash!
*Pink By Design sentiment = Take the Cake set
*Stickles
*Action Wobble




TFL, and now for another challenge!
