On Vacation Post #5- Thankful Thursday Reminder and Family Fun Day

Hi Everybody!
I am still enjoying my vacation beautiful Utah, but I had to leave a reminder for you all to join in on the Thankful Thursday challenge.

It was a VERY busy week and my kids and I didn't get a chance to make a project with the challenge theme, but I did want to share with you how we spent one of our days.

We had.............Family Fun Day!!
(Original artwork by two of my daughters!)

My oldest daugher wasn't feeling too good, and it was over 100 degrees outside, so in order to avoid cabin fever I made up this "schedule" so my kids would know what we were doing for the day and would have something to look forward to!  The picture is kinda small so here's what it says:

1 pm - Playdough Party
2 pm - snack/lunch time
3 pm - Creative Crafty Time (my favorite part of the day!)
4 pm - Rock 'n Roll Reading (this was my chance to catch my breath while all of them sat reading for a little while)
5 pm - Water Wonderland (waterballoons, and water fights in the backyard)
7 pm - Delicious Dinner
7:30 / 8 pm - Movie Magic (picking a movie off of Netflicks)
9 pm - Beautiful Bedtime (I was TIRED by this point!!)

This was a very fun day, and while I had planned to do all this on a day my husband was home he ended up having to take my oldest to urgent care (she's fine).  But we continued with the "schedule" while she was gone, and just picked up when she got back.

I hope you all are having a great summer, and spend a ton of time with your family, friends, and loved ones :oD
