Calendar for Stainless Steel

Hi Everybody!
I'm happy to say today I have a project to share that I made using Square 1!  I'm also using another favorite thing of mine, the My Memories Suite Scrapbooking Software :)

If you haven't heard of Square 1, it's an adhesive fabric that works just like vinyl, but is repositionable, and you don't have to use transfer tape!  It also does not have the chemicals found in vinyl, and is better for people, and the environment.  You can use it to created your own masterpieces for your walls, lockers, laptops, and even create personalized party decor!

One place I really like to use Square 1 to decorate is my stainless steel refrigerator.  With the New Year coming, I needed a new calendar for my refrigerator!  But this could also be used on any other surface.  Here's how it turned out:

Difficulty Level: Beginner
*Estimated Time to Complete: 30 - 60 minutes
(depending on amount of embellishments added)

Materials Used:
My Memories Suite Scrapbooking Software

Step 1:
Create the calendar and layout using digital scrapbooking software.  I used My Memories Suite Scrapbooking Software.

*I chose a yellow digital patterned paper for the background.

*I also added in digital embellishments.
*I made sure to layer them so that the calendar showed through on top.

*The Square 1 Printable material prints things so crystal clear!  I love how the pictures turned out :)

Step 2:
Print out calendar/layout onto Square 1 Printable material.

Step 3:
Trim off white edges if needed.  Then peel off backing.

   Step 4:
      Adhere onto surface!

I had made this type of calendar before, and it was definitely time to update it, lol!  Here is what it looked like.  (You can find the original post HERE, along with the tutorial on how I made it.)

I also wanted to share a picture of the previous calendar I made to show how it leaves no residue on surfaces.

This has been on my refrigerator for over a year, and there's no marks or adhesive residue on the stainless steel!

I hope you enjoyed my project!  This was easy to make, and great to add to a scrapbook page!  I plan to take my old calendar, and make a layout from it.  I could also just trim out the picture if I wanted.
