It's My Birthday!! 2 Cards and a Present!

Hi Everybody!

Yay, it's one of my favorite days of the year :OD  My husband was teasing me that since I'm turning 36 today, I'm now on the downhill racing towards 40!  But since I always feel like a 12 year old inside I am totally ok with that, lol!  

Today I just wanted to share a couple of birthday cards I made, and tell you guys about a cool present I got!  Here is one of the cards. 

*Pink Cat Studio - clown digi stamp (Pre-colored)

*Jaded Blossom - Candy Charms and Banner Dies, Funny Mail (sentiment)

*Prima - patterned paper

I also wanted to share the birthday present I got................

A Cameo!!  

Now while I am very excited to be able to do more things with papercrafting and die cuts, I want to make sure and say:

I AM NOT GETTING RID OF OR WILL STOP USING MY CRICUT!!  

I love my Cricut, the cartridges, and my Gypsy.  I hope to keep giving all you Cricut users out there inspiration, and help with your machines.  From time to time, there will be Cameo creations on here, but the majority of my projects will be made with my Cricut.  I've also gotten Cricut inspiration from my Cameo crafty friends, so hopefully that will happen for all of you as well!  Here is my first project using my Cameo:

*Silhouette - Pinwheel cut 

*Jaded Blossom - Simply Sayings 2,  Candy Charms and Banner Dies, straws

*Prima - patterned paper

*Timeless Twine - Aqua Blue twine, Lemonade twine

*Isn't this cute?!?!  There is also a pinwheel cut available on the Cricut Craft Room!

*I cut the straw in half so it wouldn't be too bulky for my card.

*I adhered it using foam squares.
