Lions, Tigers, and Babies, Oh My!

Hi Everybody!
I'm excited to share another Miss Kate Cuttables project with you!   First, I want to make sure you grab the freebie of the day:

Don't forget to head on over to Miss Kate Cuttables to download it for free TODAY ONLY!

And now, onto my project!

*Miss Kate Cuttables -

*Creative Memories - animal print paper
*Core'dinations - solid cardstock

*Starting out by putting all the pieces together first can make things go a lot faster when having to create a large number of projects.

Here's how the invitation turned out:

*These baby shower invitations were created for a mom-to-be that wanted a safari theme, with the colors grey, navy blue, and white.
*I added them at an angle to add a little fun personality :)
*Adding a strip of animal print washi tape to the envelope really adds a finishing touch!

*I created the sentiment on my computer.
*The paw prints are a stamp from Jaded Blossom.
*I used the nested square to create the mats for the sentiment,
and the large mats for the animals.

*I added the hippo with pop dots for dimension.

*The mom-to-be wanted books instead, so I found this
fun little poem online that we added to the inside.

*I snapped a quick picture of them before they headed off to their new "home"!

I hope you enjoyed my project!  I'd love to see some of you try try this and share it on the Miss Kate Cuttables Facebook page HERE, or on my Facebook page HERE.  TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :)
