Hi Everybody!
Aren't you just being blown away by the amazing projects from the design team??!! My design team sisters totally inspire me with all the different styles, and projects they make with these great stamps. Today, I have another fun project using the amazing stamps from So Suzy Stamps!
First, I started with this outdated, old phone book.
*Cute, but definitely dated!
Then I took some papers to recover the front of the phone book:
*dark brown paper cut @ 5" x 6 1/4"
*patterned paper cut @ 4 3/4" x 6"
*sentiment brown mat cut @ 4 1/8" x 4 3/4"
*image stamp mat cut @ 4 1/2" x 4
*border strips were hand trimmed
I embossed the GORGEOUS Chatter image stamp with copper embossing powder.
*Check out the stunning detail in that stamp!!
To create the border stamp, I stamped the image twice. Then I simply trimmed off the "blah blah" portion I wanted.
And here is the finished product!! I was so happy with how it turned out. Isn't this the PERFECT stamp for a phone book cover??!!
*I also added some brown ribbon for a finishing touch :)
I hope you enjoyed my project! Before I go, I wanted to remind you all that our February challenge is still going on! You can check that out HERE. Entries close on February 28th, 2015 at 11:59pm.
