My word for this year is believe.  I want to work more on believing in myself, and in good things happening.  My dad is also battling cancer, and I believe in the strength of my family in surviving this hard time in our lives.  I have a gorgeous project to share that will remind me!

Let's take a look.....

*First I gathered my supplies.  I have a board and base, the Believe transfer,
and flowers from the You Are Enough transfer set.

*I apply the reusable transfer to my chalkboard surface.

*Next, I spread the chalkpaste over the design.

*I quickly peel up the transfer to reveal my design!

*Any chalkpaste that is not where I want it is easily wiped off!

*I add some flowers using multiple colors.

*My project is complete!  I absolutely love it, and can't wait to proudly display it!!

To follow my blog, just click the follow button on the
upper left side.  You can also check out more crafty goodness over on my Facebook page here.

Here's our line up in case you get lost along the way.

  7. I like the colors you chose! So springy...as we are in the middle of our first snow storm. Jan in MI? Pretty late..but I am glad for the delay b/c I have a foot injury. I have been enjoying all the projects. I think it is enjoyable to display hand crafted home decor!

  9. Thanks for the tutorial on using that transfer and paste, which results in a gorgeous project. My own dad battled cancer over 20 years ago, when there weren't as many options as today..so I hope for the best for you and your family. My word is FOCUS
