Whoo hooo, today I get to share our next design team project for Tracy over at Craft Junkie Too! This time Tracy wanted us to create a project that shows our tips, tricks, ideas , etc. for Christmas Organization Tips. So my BIGGEST problem during the holidays is overbooking myself. And then I forget to leave time for the kids school functions, and just time to spend with them. So to try and fit things in the best way possible, and to make sure nothing gets forgotten (I always seem to have to grab an extra present for someone or some exchange that we/I forgot!), I made this calendar page to write down all the holiday activities.
nd when you're done, you have a cute layout that you can just slip into a page protector :O)
Here's what I used:
*Designer's Calendar cartridge
*calendar cut @ 11"
*Create-a-Critter cartridge
*reindeer cut @ 3.5 " (I think!)
*Christmas cartridge
*phrase cut @ 1.75"
*candle cut @ 3.5" (again, I think!)
*Peachy Keen Stamps - Everyday Character Face Parts
*gold gel pen to write numbers
*green flocking
*Post-it Craft Paper
*stickers from my stash
*I flipped the Christmas phrase in my Gypsy so I could use the adhesive side of the Post-it Paper.
*Then I sprinkled green flocking all over the phrase, and pressed down.
I had never used flocking before, and I really like how it turned out!
So there you have it. I hope you like it. TFL, and don't forget to head on over to Craft Junkie Too and check out the rest of the Design Team projects and to see what else Tracy has going on :O)
