Christmas In July Celebration!!

Hi Everybody!
Welcome to Day # 5 Of Christmas In July Celebration!! The theme for today's projects is "Handmade Gifts". Please visit Giselle's Blog to see all the wonderful projects being showcased throughout the day.

One thing I hear my mom say a lot is "Oh, I need a card!". If I'm not around, she has to *GASP* BUY a card! That kills me! So in order to "never" have her do that again, I will be giving her this notecard box set. It has cards for all occasions: Thanks, Halloween, Christmas, and birthday! And I even included a pen with matching ribbon since there never seems to be one when you need it! Here are the details on making this set:

*Martha Stewart scoreboard for box and lid (measurements are on inside of scoreboard lid)
*LID = score a 12" x 12" paper @ 3" + 1/8" and 9 1/8" + 1/8"
*BOTTOM = score a 12" x 12" paper @ 3" and 9"
*rosette = found on
Tammy Skinner's blog HERE
*Pink By Design sentiment = Scripted Year set
*Peachy Keen snowman stamp
*Stickles = gold, red, green
*Stampin' Up! ribbon
*make cards for any occasion

This was my VERY FIRST rosette!  I was happy to find out how totally easy they are to make, and will now be probably making them by the millions!!

This box fit these 11 cards easily, and could fit envelops and a few more cards with no problem!

There you go, I hope you liked my gift idea and will make it this holiday season!  And make sure to check Giselle's Blog every day this week for new themed projects everyday :oD
