We have some fabulous sponsors for this event. Be sure to leave some love on the Cooking With Cricut post each day for a chance to win one of the weekly prizes and the Grand Prizes. This week's prizes include: Spring Holiday Cricut Cartridge, $15 Quick Quotes gift certificate, Quickutz Embossing Folders & Dies, $20 download gift certificate from Paper Crafting World, *Pazzles Craft Room 1 year subscription, *The Twinery Ultimate Sampler Pack, *$25 Cutter's Creek gift certificate, and *a stamp, stamp pad, and block set. Be sure to carefully read the requirements listed on the Cooking With Cricut blog to be sure your are eligible to win the prizes.

* denotes that the prize will be awarded at the end of the 25 day event.
Here's my project I have to share with you today:
*Mini Monograms cartridge
*Cooking With Cricut = Digital stamp
*Twine = Timeless Twine (red & green), The Twinery (reds & white)
*My Mind's Eye = candy cane patterned paper
*Stickles in various colors

*I love embellishing my cuts and digi stamps with Stickles.  It's so easy to do, but adds a big punch of sparkle!

*I used my crop-a-dile Big Bite to punch the holes around the squares.  Then I just threaded the twine through the holes.  I didn't have to use a needle since the holes were big enough :)

* Get your free digi by clicking HERE.

I hope you liked my ornament, and will make one for your tree! Remember to head on over to Cooking With Cricut to check out the other designers projects, and to grab your freebie digi's and cut files for today (only available for 24 hours)! TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :O)

  1. This is SUPER cute! I love your "sewing" idea using the crop a dile. And I SO agree with you on stickles....they add a little something to projects!! Now if I could only keep from touching them while they're wet!! LOL
