Holiday Tag Ring

Hi Everybody!
Its Christmas in July over at Jaded Blossom!  I hope you've been checking it out, and that it's getting you motivated and inspired for the holidays! There have been some gorgeous projects, and there are more coming so stay tuned :)

Ok, so every year I grumble at myself when I stick those pre-made sticker tags onto my presents.  I always tell myself how I could have made such cute tags if only I had the time!  Well this year, I fixed that problem!

Here is my tag solution!

*Jaded Blossom -  Christmas Wishes stamp set

*Silhouette store - 3D holiday tags

*MAMBI- patterned paper (Kraft)

*MME- patterned paper

*I created these 3D tags from files I got in the Silhouette store.  (These are 4 separate files.)

*I used a 12"x12" piece of patterned paper to cut out my tags.  It had white swirls on a kraft background, so I got a cool effect on the tags once they were cut out!

*The sentiments from the Christmas Wishes set had all the perfect sentiments!

*I love this little snowman!

*Then to keep all my tags organized, and in one place, I hooked them all onto a jump ring.  This will help me keep track of them, and also allow me to hang them so they won't get smashed and flattened :O)

I hope you liked my project!  I'd love to see some of you make these and share it on the Jaded Blossom Facebook page HERE, or on my Crazy About Cricut Facebook page HERE.

Also, we don't have a release this month, but we do have this amazing sale going on.  There will also be several of our previous Guest Designers posting this month starting Friday!

TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :O)

  2. And here I was thinking "but I don't have Cricut cartridges with those shapes" and then I see that you've wisely used Silhouette shapes! Love the tags, love the idea of doing this early (I'm thinking I might cut letters or get coordinating letter stickers to put names on them, too), because I, too, lament running out of time to be crafty in December! Thanks so much for sharing and inspiring! I'm going to need to pin this!
