PDE Linky Party

Hi Everybody!
Welcome to another awesome  PDE Linky Party!  It's always an Anything Goes theme, which makes it easy to link up anything you create!  For this week's linky, I'm sharing one of my favorite projects ever!  The Kindergarten at our school does this super fun event called the Kindie 500 (instead of the famous Indie 500 race).

Each kid and their family have to build a car out of a box.  This is our last kid that will be in Kindergarten, so we were UBER excited to go out with a bang!  After changing his mind a million times, my son finally decided he wanted a Batmobile.  Let's take a look!!!

My husband and son built the base.  I poked around Pinterest, and pulled inspiration from a few different cars.  I think it came out amazing!

*The Silhouette store had a ton of designs we could choose from.  I had my son pick his 5 favorite ones.  After I assembled the cuts, he decided where on the car he wanted them.
*We put them on the car with Modge Podge.  It gave the car such a cool gloss!

*My husband got a dryer vent adapter from Home Depot, and spray painted it black for the "jet".
*For the jet booster flames, I used the flames from the Car Decal Cricut cartridge.

One of my favorite cuts we used was this license plate:

*How fun is this??!!  I totally love all the realistic details.
*We used some embellishments that looked like shiny metal for the "screws".

*He was all decked out in his Batman jacket, shoes, and of course mask!

*He had the BEST time!!!  I know these are memories we are going to treasure forever :)

I hope you liked my project!  Now grab some crafty supplies, and link up with us over at the PDE Linky Party!!  TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :)
